The head office of Crystalline is in Lahore and the factory is situated in Sargodha. The factory is located on the main Lahore – Sargodha road, 35 km from Sargodha city, Mouza Dooda, Tehsil Kot Momin, Pakistan, amidst a cluster of sugar mills where the availability of the sugar cane is high and molasses the raw material for the production of Ethyl Alcohol is in abundance.

The human resource consists of about 250 technically highly qualified and trained personnel ranging from engineers, chemists, technicians, environmental consultants, accountants, financial experts and marketing executives. These are spread over offices on the factory premises, Lahore and Karachi.
